Something about the simplicity of this site is appealing. There seems to be a lot of raw data. I suppose as long as you know what to do with it and are able to act upon it, this could be useful. Still waiting for the day that I can toss my 2 cents in and get in on the income property scene. Until it seems like 2 cents, I'm gonna wait it out. Keeping an eye on a site like this could be helpful, though
